Environmentally Friendly Green Homes and Pollution

Green Homes
Well it would seem that everyone is jumping on the environmentally friendly or rather Green Home bandwagon. An inconvenient truth or really just a big hoax? Personally I've always thought that global warming was a myth.

Okay, so I hear everyone jump up and down and say, "The temperature is rising, where's the myth?" My point is that CO2 is not the cause of global warming, it's a natural trend. With the surface temperature on every planet in our solar system warming I don't think we are to blame.

Pollution is another story altogether. I'm very much anti pollution and pro recycling. Why? Some would ask, especially as I don't believe in global warming. Well apart from the toxic side of things pollution is very unsightly. Easiest way to reduce pollution and the size of landfills is to recycle. Sadly here in South Africa it is so difficult as only the paper recycle folk actually pick up refuse. Hopefully sometime plastic and metals will be too. Bio waste - leftovers, peels, etc can all be recycled at home and used to produce compost to enrich the soil.

In any event. While I don't believe we are to blame for the "global warming" that is actually a "global cooling" right now. I do think we should be thinking "green" and recycling.
